It is a legal requirement for all portable electrical equipment to be PAT tested at regular intervals for safety, this ensures equipment and appliances are safe to use. It’s also good practice to keep your equipment clean and free from fire hazards, such as dust build-up.
Most PAT testing companies won’t touch anything at height (eg. theatre lights) or anything with unusual connectors (eg 15 amp round pin plugs).
We are pleased to offer a full PAT test service specialising in theatrical equipment. We will also clean your equipment and re-focus where necessary. Safety inspections can also be carried out on your flown rig - lighting bars, lights, speakers, curtain tracks and any wall fixings.
